• Are sales taxes charged on ShopWired packages and services?

  No. ShopWired does not charge sales tax on any subscription or additional services that we provide.

• Can I change my package at any time?

  Yes, switching between packages is easy. If you upgrade your package, you’ll just need to pay the pro-rata charge for the upgrade for the remaining days in the month.

• Is there a minimum contract?

  No, there are no minimum contracts on any of our monthly packages. You can cancel at any time with just 30 days notice.

• Do you charge commission or transaction fees?

  No! We don't charge any commission on any of the sales that you make on your online store. We don't charge transaction fees either.

• Do your packages include hosting?

  All ShopWired packages include hosting at no additional cost. You don't need to buy hosting for your website from an external company.

• How does the online sales limit work?

  We class online sales as payments you have received through your website (so we don't count orders you create through the admin system and we don't count offline payment orders).
  
  Each day, we look at the online sales on your account in the last 365 days, if your turnover exceeds the limit for your package, we'll automatically upgrade you to the next package up.

• Do I have to cancel my free trial if I don’t want to proceed?

  Not at all. You can just let your account expire. There’s no commitment and we don’t ask you to enter your card details when you begin your free trial, so there won’t be any charges.

• Do I have to enter my card details to start the free trial?

  No! We don't take any card details from you when you sign up for the free trial, just your name and email address.

• Can I change to a yearly package at any time?

  Yes, if you decide you'd like to change to a yearly package you can do so whenever you like through your ShopWired account.

• Can I commit to more than one year and get a larger discount?

  ShopWired offers a 20% discount on all our package pricing if you pay for one year's subscription payments upfront. If you pay for two years then we offer a 30% discount. Larger discounts are available if you're happy to commit for longer than 2 years. For more details please contact us.

• What are ShopWired Connect apps?

  ShopWired Connect is our platform that connects your ShopWired account to accountancy packages (Xero, Quickbooks and Sage Online).
